office365users.myprofile() suddenly started returning 403 errors

I've been using Office365Users.UserProfile(User().Email) to populate a profile form and it's been working successfully for the last two weeks. But today (when I shared it out for UAT, of course) it has started to return 403 errors every time.

I tried MyProfile instead, and got the exact same error.

The service returned an error: Office365Users!UserProfile: {"status":403,"message":"Insufficient privileges to complete the operation.","source":""}

I'm encountering this issue both in browser, web editor preview mode and on the phone app (iOS)

Works again (with a new Office365 Users connection). Thanks to the team for the quick fix!

Thank you PowerApps team for the speedy resolution.

A long time has passed since the original bug, but today, out of a sudden, I'm starting to have issues with the Office365Users.MyProfileV2() function.

Was working perfectly up until yesterday. I've made no changes to my formulas, but I'm having issues.

Is there any issue from MS side?

I'm having the same issue, but only with guest users:

Office365Users.MyProfileV2().mail is not working

- Office365Users.MyProfile().Mail works

User().Email works

- Office365Users.SearchUser does not work

- Office365Users.SearchUserV2 does working

These functions are working for members. Is this an expected behaviour that they are unavailable for guest users?

Typical error message:

Office365Users.SearchUser failed: { "status": 403, "message": "Insufficient privileges to complete the operation.\r\nclientRequestId: c45b18ec-f025-475b-a60c-87b0cc49939e", "error": { "message": "Insufficient privileges to complete the operation." }, "source": "" }
