<h1>Consent information</h1>
<p>Date:"&DataCardValue3.SelectedDate&" </p>
<p>Employee name:"&DataCardValue1.Text&" </p>
<p>Employee ID:"&DataCardValue6.Text&" </p>

<p>IP-PHONE MAC-ADDRESS:"&DataCardValue4.Text&" </p>
<p>IP-PHONE SERIAL:"&DataCardValue5.Text&" </p>
<p>Scanned by:"&DataCardValue7.Text&" </p>
<img src="&JSON(PenInput1.Image,JSONFormat.IgnoreBinaryData)&">

for some reason only signature and scanned by data with logo image show up

submit button code:

Set(varJson,JSON(PenInput1.Image,JSONFormat.IncludeBinaryData));Set(varJson,Mid(varJson,24,Len(varJson)-24));SubmitForm(EditForm);Navigate(Success, ScreenTransition.Fade)

nvm found the solution saved the datacard text values in variables and they started showing up again

<p>Employee name:"&DataCardValue1.Text&" </p>

empname is variable holder for datacardbvalue1.text

<p>Employee name:"&EmpName&" </p>
