Re: powerapps and planner task

Hi patrick_S_hexa,

To get Planner Tasks in an app, we should create a connection to Planner first, then add a Gallery to get tasks using the function Planner.ListMytasks().value.

About creating a task, you could consider to add a Button then set its OnSelect property with Planner.CreateTask().
A test on my side could be a reference for you.
You could configure it according to your needs.

Hi - I have requirements that are similar to yours. Are you able to share what you ended up doing and how it went?

Thanks!

Hey. I can not understand at all how this thing works. How do I customize the task sheet?) Haha This problem is boring. I can not configure the buttons for the Tasks. I maintain my blog and it is very important for me that all buttons work correctly. My blog. Maybe someone will look at it and understand how to configure this program. Or will it be easier to reinstall? Thank you so much

Re: powerapps and planner task

Hello,

It's just a sample to get ids from planner and teams when you have Id you can read data.

First you must connect PowerApps to your planner account.

On planner First dropdown list all plan you can access Planner.ListMyPlans()

When you select a plan in this list second drop down display all buckets from this plan Planner.ListBuckets(Plan.Selected.id)

Third drop down list tasks from the selected plan Planner.ListTasks(Plan.Selected.id)

The Button create a task in the selected bucket Planner.CreateTask(Plan.Selected.id;"test";{bucketId: Bucket.Selected.id;startDateTime:"2017-11-12T00:00:00.001Z"; dueDateTime:"2017-12-12T00:00:00.001Z"})
