problems with working form

hello everyone,

My form seems to have an issue whenever I try to reference .Email I get an error as show in the first picture.

This is working fine on the start of the form when userA completes section A and submits, no errors even though I am using the SendEmail function on that screen as well.

This is the error I am seeing on 3 approver screens:

I have the data userA submitted displayed on 5 View screens and the above screens appear after viewing the data the userA submitted

If i change the it from .Email to .DisplayName I get no errors:

I'm unsure what has caused this, but was fine and the published version of my form is still working, and sending emails from each of those screens I thought if I restore the form to that published version it would fix the issue , but while in studio i still get the red lines appearing under .Email.

I've noticed its not working on the gallery also, here i'm filtering my items in my gallery:.

But if i type in '.' and then use the drop down 'Email' appears as a valid option.... cant figure out what has caused this, help please?
