querying database

I am very new to Power Apps. How can I query a database based on the form input values/ dropdowns etc. Is there a video/article/tutorials you can refer. All the examples I see are CRUD operations. This is just looking up input fields in the database and then use logic to display the results.

Thank you.

The Lookup function as suggested by eka24 was very helpful. Following is the screenshot of a very simple app I have built for a non-profit. It checks for the benefit eligibility based on their location, income and familysize. All these filters are used in the lookup function's filter to narrow down the results to just one in the galleryview below. This is a new form of code-free programming I have learned coming from a web application programming background 🙂
