responsive label size

how can i make a label adapt to the screen size

in the size property I am adding this formula

App.Height / 2

the result of this is that the size of the label adapts but it is cut by the width it is supposed that it should always have the same size relative to the size of the screen

Re: responsive label size

For Font size I normally ahve better luck using the Custom breakpoints to determine the fontsize.  If you want to use actual formulas then be very conservative on how that relates to the actual width and height.  Better to have the font a bit smaller for the space then to have it wordwrap on you.

Re: responsive label size

Take a look at this article on responsive design.  This explains how to use formulas for layouts.  You'll do the same thing for Size that you do for Height  and width.

Re: responsive label size

Hi @Pstork1

thanks for answering

the article you shared with me has served me with all the controls in its x, y and width and height properties

and it works very well

but I have not managed to do it with the Size property of a label
