i need some help, i want to restrict the access to a powerapps app to a few users in our entreprise, any ideas on how to do that?

I don't think there's a way to prevent a user from launching an application that was shared with him/her.
What you can do however is make the appliciation behave differently (disable controls, hide data and so on) for specific users. You can have a list of specific user emails onm the server and then get the email of the currently logged in user with User().Email PowerApps function.
