reusability across phone and tablet versions

How to copy or reuse tablet version into phone version? Its very difficult to maintain 2 versions if the app is complex enterprise ready apps with multiple release changes. This can be good for hobby apps to order lunch etc to create 2 seperate versions but for complex app the benefit is lost if there are 2 seperate versions without any way to deploy one change to other version. (in hobby apps you can manually do it as part of hobby/experimental app but for large enterprise apps its tricky)

Currently there is no function or features available that could have the App switch from phone version to Tablet version.

For complex app, the recommended way is to create two apps with both layout.

For a workaround, which you may take a try before re-create another app, is to take use of the Screen size and orentation:
