searching for integer value instead of text

hi all,

I am new to power apps and do have a question.

I want to search for a integer string (blue marked below), but do not know how to do this.

presently, the formula is as follows

SortByColumns(Search([@koudemiddel_telling]; TextSearchBox1.Text;  "cool_medium";"fles_stadaard_inhoud";"fles_totaal_gewicht"); "cool_medium"; If(SortDescending1; Descending; Ascending))

Thanks upfront for your guidance.

John

Numbers cannot be searched.  You can only search text strings. Convert all of your numbers to text and it will work.

What is the field name of your integer string?  You will need to included it as an argument to the Search function above.  Happy to help if you give me the field name.

@jwi

You can make it a searchable field by adding the column as an argument to Search function as shown below.

SortByColumns(
    Search(
        [@koudemiddel_telling];
        TextSearchBox1.Text;
        "cool_medium";
        "fles_stadaard_inhoud";
        "fles_totaal_gewicht";
        "fles_nr"
    );
    "cool_medium";
    If(
        SortDescending1;
        Descending;
        Ascending
    )
)

the data is coming from an excel sheet (one my ondrive).

Please find below the setting of the data in the column FLES_NR.

Maybe it got something to do with that?
