Hello,
The app I shared with my users who have been using it since a few weeks cannot find the apps when they login to web.powerapps.com and go to "home" or even in "my apps". I have seen this with 3 of my users and I am guessing all of them cannot see the apps.
They currently go to the email they got when I shared the app and go from there to access the app.
Thanks

Hi, did you check the Dynamics 365? They should be listed in there.

Yes, it is there, but that's not the point. The point is, how do I instruct my users in using their app in their iPhone's when it doesn't even appear there, nor the "All Apps" list?
Is the official instruction:
1: Go launch the app from the notification email / Dynamics 365 and then
2: Now you can use it within the PowerApps app on your iPhone?
I guess I'm looking for an "official" response as to why the sharing of the app isn't behaving properly.
What I usually do is from with PowerApps, I share the app. The user gets the email with the link. I have them Use the link to open the app at least once. Afterwards, it should then show up in the phone powerapps application. If it doesn't, I suggest to submit a bug with your findings.
Same issue here. My app is shared with the org, but no one sees it, I need to email a link. But they get all the default templates? This doesn't make much sense.
Hi @Ray_Garza,
I am sorry you are having this issue. The expected behavior is that even if your user hasn't opened the app (i.e. via email link), they should be able to find them under 'All' filter on their phone (PowerApps mobile player). If that is not the case, please do let me know and we will investigate this as a bug.
Thanks,
Linh
That's the issue I'm seeing, users do not see the app when they open the PowerApps app
As Linh mentioned, your user should be able to use the PowerApps player and switch the filter to "All" to see the apps shared with them or with the organization.
Sometimes, the permissions take couple of minutes to propogate as soon as you Share, so please ask them to try within few minutes.

As we all have been mentioning, since the beginning of this thread months ago, that what you are describing is not consistently happening. That is, sometimes users do not ever see their apps in the power apps list, no matter what filter is on. In these scenarios having to manually direct them to the Dyanmics 365 page, and THEN the apps will appear in the PowerApps page and iPhone app.
Hey @flyte
Let's break the problem apart separately into what users see on PowerApps.com & what they see on PowerApps native players on iOS, Android & Windows Phone.
I hope you understand that we need your help to debug this issue related to the native player, it has not been reported otherwise. All the messages on this thread were about the powerapps.com and not about native player experience.
