Can the control for attachments allow multiple files ? 

Also is there support for enabling drag and drop to the attachment control area ?

The control does allow for multiple attachments! I just tried to drag & drop in the web player, and had no success, however.

Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?

Do you want to upload multiple files into your SP list or add multiple files into the Attachments control once time?

If you want to add multiple files into the Attachment control once time, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in PowerApps currently. Currently, we could only add one file into the Attachments control once time.

In addtiion, drag or drop option is not supported within the Attachments control in PowerApps currently, if you would like this feature to be added in PowerApps, please submit an idea to PowerApps Ideas Forum:

I am requiring the ability to select and upload multiple attachments at once as well.
