sort latest and gray out when the field is input?

How to show gallery the latest record and the disable edit box in Form when the datacard has been filled by user only can view ?

Hi @bbsin ,

For latest records in your gallery, you can use Sort(DataSource, 'Created On', Descending).

For the record modified by User, you can set condition of field or template.fill of gallery as If( 'Modified By' = User, grey, white).
