sorting an excel table for drop down

I'm sure this is an easy question for this group, but I have a small table in Excel that I am using for a drop down (See below): 

However, I want to find a way to filter so that for another drop down, it only shows Quality Reviews #1-4 and excludes #5.  How would I write that and/or is that possible?
