split function, between two characters

Bonjour à tous,


j'ai besoin d'aide pour la séparation des fonctions,

Je souhaite récupérer le prénom dans un email

c'est comme ça que j'obtiens le nom

First(Split(DataCardValue19.Text ; ".")).Result

 

 

exemple : john.smith@outlook.com 

J'ai besoin d'avoir Smith, dans mon autre domaine

vois-tu m'aider?

Presuming you have it in the same format (@ and .) 

Last(Split(First(Split(TextInput1.Text,"@")).Result,".")).Result

should help you in getting the first name
