How can I show statistical graphs in PowerApps with SQL Server data.

A table of pure results? ah that you mean? Thing that only cogeria what I want. 

What is meant by Cogeria?

 

Within the powerapps application I can have more than 2 tables as data sources.

Yes, you can have as many tables as you like.

That's a very broad question you asked.  Below are the general steps.  If you need more info please ask a narrower question.

 

Step# 1:  Connect to your SQL datasource (requires a Premium PowerApps license)

Step #2  Insert a Chart from the list.

I am working with a database and it has an INCIDENTS field, I would like to know how many incidents there are per user. what formula to use

Have you considered making a SQL table to determine this rather than doing the calculation in PowerApps?  This would be my first choice for a large dataset
