I can't seem to open my published app in Teams channel. having the message "the app didn't start correctly. try refreshing your browser". What else I can do with it? 

I already tried creating other channels with a simple default screen with lorem ipsum content and still no go.

I'm having the same issue. Something down? Made a simple app, saved and published to MS Teams channel. Nothing crazy here.

I've solved the issue by running the online windows update.

What do you mean? You just ran windows update and it fixed Power Apps working in teams?

So I tried installing updates, etc.  no luck.  Glad that worked for you though.  I did finally get it working though.  I removed it from the team channel.  Closed teams.  Reopened the power app builder in teams.  Made a small change.  Saved it then republished it back to the teams channel I deleted it from.  When I went back it now loads again.

Well it worked like a charm. Just a 30 mins windows update.
