unable to move field in a form

Dear Sir,

 

Suddenly I am unable to move any field in a form what can i do? i need to change its location.

This isn't available anymore? So now we don't have any options, we effectively cannot control the layout of our screens. Well done Microsoft, you took a good product and made it worse.
