I created a custom list on my SharePoint and added a new content type including new columns. But whenever I try to customize my form using Power App, it does not show all the new columns I added

You need to refresh the data source from PowerApps. Then select the form. And then from the right side panel select edit field. From their you need to select which fields you want to add in the current form.
