Hi guys,

I'm having a problem in my app, I'm using updateif with checkbox and gallery for make update in data from sql. The table has some dates like data and id. I want to make a update in column direcor = agree from sql. but with updateif work only with some dates.

I trying with patch but it work only with the firts data from database

ForAll (RenameColumns (Filter (Descarte_Gallery_2.AllItems; Checkbox1.Value = true);
"COD_FILIAL_PRODUTO"; "COD_FILIAL_PRODUTO1";"DATA_EMISSAO";"DATA_EMISSAO1";"TOTAL_DESCARTADA";"TOTAL_DESCARTADA1";"DESC_FILIAL_REDUZ";"DESC_FILIAL_REDUZ1");
UpdateIf('[dbo].[E_DESCARTES]';COD_FILIAL_PRODUTO = COD_FILIAL_PRODUTO1 && DATA_EMISSAO = DATA_EMISSAO1;

Hi @Anonymous ,

I find that you've posted similar issue here:

https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Apps-Portals/Problems-with-updateif/td-p/572745

Please read my relay there.

What's more, since you add another information:

"it working only with the firts 15 day after this no make update",

your problem may be about delegation.

Could you tell me how many records in your sql table?

1)If it is less than 2000, you just need to change the delegation limit to 2000.

 2)If it's more than 2000 records, you need to use delegate functions.

However, there's no function about updating data delegate for sql server.

So in this situation, I suggest you split your sql table to server sql tables per 2000 records.

Then update them one by one table.

Delegate functions for sql server:

Operation/Function Number Text Boolean DateTime Guid
Filter Yes Yes Yes No [1] Yes
Sort Yes Yes Yes Yes -
SortByColumns Yes Yes Yes Yes -
Search No Yes No No -
Lookup Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes
=, <> Yes Yes Yes No Yes
<, <=, >, >= Yes No No No -
in (substring) - Yes [2] - - -
+ Yes - - No -
- Yes - - No -
* Yes - - No -
/ Yes - - No -
StartsWith - Yes [3] - - -
EndsWith - Yes [4] - - -
IsBlank No [5] No [5] No [5] No [5] No [5]
Len (length) - Yes [6] - - -
Sum Yes - - - -
Average Yes - - - -
Min Yes - - No -
Max Yes - - No -

Hi @Anonymous

There is a problem with matching dates from SQL with PowerApps and it has been addressed here several times.  See it this post helps https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Power-Apps/Date-display-format-between-Azure-SQL-and-Powerapps/m-p/90862 .  @CarlosFigueira is the guru for SQL and PowerApps.
