Adding image to ticket: You don't have permission to save this blob. Caller not authenticated

So I'm creating a service desk app using the pre-existing template offered through PowerApps. I've added the ability to add an image to the ticket that the user creates. When testing on my own PC, I can successfully add pictures to tickets. When a user tries to do so, the ticket is created but the photo is not added and they get this error message:

"You don't have permission to save this blob. Server reponse: The caller is not authenticated. clientRequestId: d18d1936-c3ac-dbc4-d61c-91c6420449dc"

I could not find any information on this error anywhere.

This is the OnSuccess control that I feel may be affecting this:

If(IsBlank(Subject.Text) || IsBlank(Description.Text) ,UpdateContext({msg_visible:true}),SubmitForm(NewTicketForm);UpdateContext({NewSmiley Tongueatch(Tickets,LookUp(Tickets,ID=Text(Max(Tickets,ID))),{SubjectSmiley Frustratedubject.Text,DescriptionSmiley Very Happyescription.Text})}); UpdateContext({NewSmiley Tongueatch(Tickets, LookUp(Tickets,ID=Text(Max(Tickets,ID))), {Image:AddMediaButton1.Media})}))

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks in advance for you help

Hi @snookinn77,

By default the service desk app uses your personal OneDrive. Have you made sure that you have give users the proper permission of the data source file in your OneDrive?
