On April 6th I received my invitation to email@example.com but am unable to login.
What happens is I wind up in a perpetual loop (see screen-shots below).
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Thanks for investigating. I tried that but on an iPad it just sits at the same login page and goes nowhere. When I tried on my PC I was told something like I had multiple sign ons and I needed to select one but that was it. I was back in the loop! Here's a screenshot of what I see on my iPad where it doesn't go further. Thanks for your support, Mark. Oops! Can't add an image on my iPad but bottom line is that after entering my password I and tapping to proceed it just sits there.
Would suggest that you reply your email (the one that you received invite) to double check that your work mail is already logged-in.
BTW, please confirm it is either a School mail or Work mail.
I am only given two options and if I use the 2nd option to login as a school or corporate this is what I see (below).
You cannot send me an invitation and then leave me "High and Dry" like this and please don't tell me that I have erred at my end because the probelem is 100% at your end - I'm just following MS instructions and it's not working!
