Cannot restore previous version of a app. Restore button is grayed out

Hi there,

I can't restore a previous version of a app that where created in november 2018.

The button for restore is grayed out.

The app is build in Powerapp version 3.18103.23

In the meantime, the apps has been redesigned and republished in July 2019, but my company wants to go back to the previous version. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.

greetings Jan

Re: Cannot restore previous version of a app. Restore button is grayed out

Hi @Jarsky ,

Please check:

1)if you are editing this app within other browsers except the current browser

2)if you have permission to edit this app

3)if other users sign in PowerApps with your account and are editing this app

If the problem still exists, I'm afraid the problem is mainly about the PowerApps version.

CDS database was updated from v1 to v2 earlier this year.  I suspect the older versions were stored in the V1 database and although they still show up they can't be restored to the V2 database.

So it's hard to restore this version.

If this version is very important, I suggest you ask for help here:
