Export Gallery List to CSV

I would like some help in exporting my filtered data to a csv using Flow.

Basically all i want is to export the exact view of a gallery list , which contains a bunch of filters and lookups.  I was looking at this post here, but i was unable to replicate it.

My Gallery data is obtained through a couple of lookup functions:

Any help please?

Re: Export Gallery List to CSV

Hi @Pripri804,

You should be able to add the data together with the Concat function:

Concat( Table, Formula )

  • Table - Required. Table to operate on.
  • Formula - Required. Formula to apply across the records of the table.

Read more for how the function works in the article below:

Concat and Concatenate functions in PowerApps

Michael

Re: Export Gallery List to CSV

I'm new to this but have an issue which might be easily resolved...

I have created a basic app with 2 data fields per record (StockType,Serial) for basic asset tracking. For our needs I have then created an Input box and associated a flow to enable us to enter a new filename in the Input box and save the Collection data as a new file (if I write .csv at the end it works fine).  The Problem is that my CSV file is coming out without columns. Here is my syntax::

SaveToOneDrive.Run(TextInput3,Mid(Concat(Collection1, "," & StockType & "," & Serial), 2, 1000))

Output that is ghenerated from Powerapps, saved to csv in OneDrive:

Desktop,12345,Laptop,98765,Server,54673,Desktop,88877

But here is my desired output including column formatting:

Stock Type,Serial
Desktop,12345
Laptop,98765
Server,54673
Desktop,88877

Any suggestions on how I can get this formatting included in the process?
