Generate Email and Other field based off the Employee Name

Hello,

I'm currently building a tool and I'm having issues with generating email and RBT level with the Employee's Full Name. Attached you will find my table structure and my current default statement.

Please help.

Re: Generate Email and Other field based off the Employee Name

If you are trying to pull in the email based on the full name you select you need to use the lookup function instead of filter. But doing it that method will only work if you have unique list of full names.

The format is lookup(SharePointlist,fullname = dropdowncontrol.selected.value).email

Re: Generate Email and Other field based off the Employee Name

Hi @jesus1 ,

The formula should be:

 Lookup(SharePointlistName,Fullname = Dropdowncontrolname.Selected.Value).Email

And the Items property of your dropdown control should be:

Distinct(SharePointlistName,FullName)
