HELP Apple Error Session ID: bc1e38a7-d53a-472b-b9f0-65e797556010

Afternoon Team !

Bacially Ive created an App as a central dashboard  to run other apps from using " Onselect" then the URL of that App.

The problem im facing is that when opening apps within the central dashboard using an Apple device  its coming up with the Session ID: bc1e38a7-d53a-472b-b9f0-65e797556010 error.  Im guessing it has something to do with permissions as its only displaying that error if I have already openned the app outside of the dashboard. Ive tested it on new users and it works fine on Apple devices if they open it up in the dashboard for the first time as it prompts permissions etc.

I dont have the same issues with  android or Windows its only APPLE.

Can you force permissions ??

Hi @udynick ,

Could you please share a bit more about your issue?

How do you launch other canvas app from your central Dashboard app? Using Launch() function?

Further, do you launch other canvas app based on the App URL?

Based on the issue that you mentioned, I have made a test on my side (PowerApps Mobile App version is 3.19053.21, iOS version of my mobile device is 12.3), and don't have the issue that you mentioned. I think the Launch() function could achieve your needs.

Please consider set the OnSelect property of the "Button" within your central Dashboard app to following:

Launch("https://web.powerapps.com/apps/5374afc0-b460-4121-866a-2829402a0061")

Note: The '5374afc0-b460-4121-866a-2829402a0061' represents the App Id of your other canvas app. Please check if you have provided a proper App ID within above App URL.

Please check if the version of PowerApps Mobile App in your iOS mobile device is the latest version, if not, please consider upgrade it to the latest version, then try it again, check if the issue is solved.

Also please consider re-create a new central Dashboard app, then take a try with above solution I provided above, then check if the issue is solved.
