How can I get the list of Users my powerApp is shared with?

How can I get the list of Users my powerApp is shared with?
Or even just thc count?

MY app is shared with over 200+ but I'd like to export this list to create an AD group.

But also I want to be able to report on the count.

There are PowerShell commands available for PowerApps now. You can use the following command to get a list of PowerApp app owners and users

Get-PowerAppRoleAssignment -AppName "AppID of PowerApp"

You can read more about the PowerShell commands here:

https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/gdpr-admin-powershell-cmdlets/

Re: How can I get the list of Users my powerApp is shared with?

Hi @jesenavaranjan ,

Do you want to get a list of shared user accounts in PowerApps?

I'm afraid it's not supported in PowerApps currently.

There has been a similar idea that is poted by someone, you could vote for him:

What's more,  you could get a list of shared user accounts here:

(choose an app -> choose ...->choose shrare)527_LI.jpg

Hello everyone. With Powershell for powerapps (please check pre-requsiites in other forums) yo can use something like  Get-PowerAppRoleAssignment -AppName "App Name or App Id" and redirect the output, for example to a txt file. You also can use pipe | to filter specified fields to reduce the generated info.
