Issue with DevOps connector

I have a devops connection which is working fine in a Flow (using the 'Create a new work item' action), however, when I try to add the same connection to a PowerApp I get 'Error. There was a problem adding your service. Please try again later' with the following detail:

Canceled

Session ID: cf496302-0414-4248-bd12-890132459551

Has anyone else successfully used a Devops connection from within PowerApps? If possible I'd like to connect directly rather than have to go via Flow.
