Label doesn't show correct date from a DatePicker

So I have this Label where with its text function: DateValue(Text(DateValue1.SelectedDate, "[$-en-US]dd/mm/yyyy")) + Time(Value(HourValue1.Selected.Value), Value(MinuteValue1.Selected.Value), 0)
Now the problem is that if I choose in the DatePicker (DateValue1) the date 17/07/2019 (I changed its format to be "dd/mm/yyyy")  and any other value for the hours and minutes then the label bugs(?) and shows me "5/7/2020 XX:YY AM/PM" which is not the date I chose in the DatePicker.

How do I get around this issue? My computer setttings are already set to work with the european date but Powerapps still shows me the date in the "AM/PM" format and if I don't change the date format it automatically changes in the label even if th DatePicker is in the dd/mm/yyyy format.

Re: Label doesn't show correct date from a DatePicker

Resolved it by creating a string instead of a date with this:

Text(DateValue1.SelectedDate, "[$-pt-PT]dd/mm/yyyy") &""& " " &""& HourValue1.Selected.Value &""& ":" &""& MinuteValue1.Selected.Value

Then I changed the display of my date column to a string instead of a date and it works fine for now.
