Model Driven App does not work when shared with a Security Role Group

I have built an application that uses a few customs Entities. I created a security role, provided organizational access to the entities used in the app. Added a user to a security role. I shared the app with the user.

When the user opens the application, users gets an error stating "We are experiencing opening your app" see attached screenshot.

Thank you

Re: Model Driven App does not work when shared with a Security Role Group

Thank you for your reply. I acutally followed the same exact article and it still did not work. I found a problem, there is some additional custom configuration that I had to fix.

Thank you!

Re: Model Driven App does not work when shared with a Security Role Group

Hi @AutomationIQ ,

Please check these points:
1)You not only need to give users perimission to use this app, you also need to give users the permission of CDS

2)whether the user is in the same organization group

3)users need to recreate connection with CDS

Here's a doc about how to share a model-driven app step by step for your reference:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/model-driven-apps/share-model-driven-app
