PowerApp for Costumer Engagement to show just first entry

Hallo everybody,

I hope to find Help here! I created a PowerApp for a custom Hub in the CE. This View shows the entries of a queue. Is it possible to use the Filter Criteria to just show the very first entry of the list?

At the moment I have the field "In the queue since...". Is there a way to filter done for just the first entry? Or set a maximum number of entries?

Any help would be highly appriciated!

Hi,

To filter by only the first item in a list, you could use:

First(DataSource).

You can also use filter within that to produce something like:

First(Filter(DataSource, User().Email = "test.test@test.com"))

or any other combination of filters to narrow down the number of rows being pulled in.

Here's the documentation for the First function,

Hope this helps!
