PowerApps Studio fails to load after login

I have downloaded the PowerApps studio for Windows 10 to my machine.  When I launch PowerApps I get the enter work email account screen.  After entering my email it takes me to my company AD login screen where I enter my password.  After I click the "Sign in" button the login window disappears as if I'm now logged in but the Power Apps Sign in window just continues to show the animated loading bar and never loads the studio.

 

I can use the web version without any issues however there are limitations. 

 

Any help with this is appreciated.

I have discovered the problem was caused by the Fiddler app. When Fiddler launches and attaches, it adjusts the current user's proxy settings to point at Fiddler, running on 127.0.0.1:8888 by default.  This was also the case when it was not running.

What’s the latest version on you Windows 10 Store? Is this the first time that you occurred this issue? Could you try to uninstall and reinstall PoweApps Studio to try if this works?

 

The latest version on my Windows 10 Store is 2.0.570. I can sign in PowerApps Studio with no special.

 

After you reinstalled the PowerApps studio, if you are still experiencing this issue, please feel free reply.

Hello,

 

PowerApps is the only app I'm using from the store.  Everything on my machine is up to date.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled powerapps 2 times but it did not resolve the issue.  Below is a screen shot of my Store version which is not even close to what you posted.

I mis understood your question about the version number.  I have version 2.0.570.0 of PowerApps.

Hi Jvoss,

 

Thanks for your reply. Do you have any other devices? Could you try to download the PowerApps studio on another device to see if you could sign in?

 

Also, if you have another PowerApps account, please also try to sign in with a different account to see if it works.

Have you tried with another device?
Are you now still experiencing this issue? If yes, could you tell me your location for a further investigation?

We are using office 365 business version. if we tried to log in its always loading not logged in.

 

For using power apps need to buy license or office 365 license is enough?
