Powerapps don't show new fields from Azure SQL Server DBs

After adding new columns (fields) to a table in Azure SQL Server database that is already connected to a poweraps, thew new fields are not shown after Refresh.

I added one column to a table, I went to the PowerApp and click on Refresh, the new field doesn't appear. I have tried deleted and adding the source and the same happens. I tried adding a new instance of the same table and the new field still doesn't appear.

If anyone has an idea how to solve this please let me know.

Re: Powerapps don't show new fields from Azure SQL Server DBs

I am experiencing the same thing today. It was working fine last week - there must be a problem.

I had to delete the data source from the data sources list in the admin console which is at:[guid of your environment]/connections

Then when I went back into the app it complained about the SQL connection (I clicked the deny button - only one clickable on the warning screen oddly). Then went and re-added the connection to the SQL server and re-added in all the tables/views I was working with.

This feels like a regression of a similar bug we were experiencing last year. They have updated the panel of how you view/add data sources so maybe the bug has been come back because of that??

Same problem and same fix for me. Had to remove and re-add data source.

Re: Powerapps don't show new fields from Azure SQL Server DBs

This seems to be a cache or replication issue. The new fields appear after some time. My new field appear the next day for one editable form and the next day for a table. Removing and adding back the source did not work. You just need to wait.
