Refering a field in a collection

Hello,

I have a collection colAttendeGroup which has one record only. I want to refer to a field called EventRegistrationGroupID for that record and store it in a global variable. I have the following code,

Set(varEventRegistrationGroupID,colAttendeeGroup.EventRegistrationGroupID);

I expected the variable to have a number but it has a table. How to solve this?

Thanks

@CNT

Since this collection only has one record in it, consider changing your formula to the following:

Set(varEventRegistrationGroupID, First(colAttendeeGroup).EventRegistrationGroupID);

I hope that is helpful for you.
