Set SharePoint (Choice Fields) using button

Hello,

i am looking for the formula that will set a sharepoint (choice field) to a value from it's list.

i.e. i have a choice field called "Phone Needed?" and it's items (Yes, No)

so i need to make a button which when i click on it it will set the value of "Phone Needed" to Yes

i have tried this: DataCardValue14.Selected.Value="Yes" where DataCardValue14 is for the Phone Needed field but it's not working.

any one have an idea please?

Thanks!

Re: Set SharePoint (Choice Fields) using button

Hi @EMohaisen ,

Do you want to fill in data to the choice column by clicking a button?

Could you tell me what control does DataCardValue14 represent?

I’ve made a similar test, you could refer thisSmiley Sadassume that DataCardValue14 is a Combo Box)

Set the button1’s OnSelect: ClearCollect(test,{Value:"Yes"})

Set the button2’s OnSelect: ClearCollect(test,{Value:"No"})

Set the Combo Box’s DefaultSelectedItems: First(test)

Then, click button1 or button2, the Combo Box will  be autofilled value.
