Sum values based on filter on two gallery

Hello, I will try to be as explicit as I can.

I have three gallerys A, B, C. gallery A have label1, gallery B has label2, label3 and label4 (this is la label to get the value to sum), gallery C has label5.

I have filter gallery B based on when label2 is equal to label1 value, it works fine. Now I want to ALSO filter all the items in gallery B based on just the items in wich label3 has the same value as label5 on gallery C.

Once this filter is done, I want to sum all label4 values on a different label.

It would be something like: "filter when label2=label1 AND all items with label 3 are equal to items with same value on labe5".

Any help or suggestions on how to approach it would be great. Thanks! please feel free to ask

Re: Sum values based on filter on two gallery

Hi @Javargas ,

Could you describe more clearly about what do label1,label2,lable3,label4 and label5 display?

They display fields' value of the gallerys or something else?

Are you sure they are inside gallerys or outside?

If you could show me your screenshoots, it will be better.

What's more, if you want to filter based on two condition, you just need to use "," to connect with these two conditions.

For example:

Filter(tablename,condition1,condition2)

This means that the items meet condition1 and condition2 at the same time.

Re: Sum values based on filter on two gallery

Hi @Javargas

Based on the description provided by you, I am assuming that these labels are outside the gallery.
To filter such a result, you can use Filter() formula and for more info, refer: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/functions/function-filter-lookup

Though the description is a bit unclear, if you can share the details about the schema along with an example of logical implementation, then we might help you better in constructing the formula.

Hope this Helps!

Re: Sum values based on filter on two gallery

Thanks for the reply. They are inside different gallery. How do I filter the second condition if I want to match all the items from one gallery based on all the items from another gallery?

Re: Sum values based on filter on two gallery

Hi @Javargas

Can you please share a more elaborated description of your requirement. You cannot set the filter based on a label inside the gallery as the gallery nested controls works in a different way as other controls. If you could share more details, it will be easier to understand so that we might be able to help you better, maybe through some screenshots or example.

Hope this Helps

Re: Sum values based on filter on two gallery

every big box is a gallery. So when I type in the email, name and userid are set, then based on userId, SEVERAL items are displayed in the second gallery (title, user id, and database id). What I am trying to do, is filter in the first gallery so it shows all items that match the value marked in the image.
