It seems you are running into this error: HTTP 407 Proxy authentication required.
Are you on a restricted network? Could you make sure you have access to all the IP addresses and services listed here: https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/tutorials/limits-and-config/
This is Joe from PowerApps team and I am happy to help you to troubleshoot the issue. Have you tried to use powerApps on different wifi or strong 4G network ? Is it still showing the error even switching into different wifi ?
Yes, i have tried in strong wifi network and 4g ,also by uninstalling and installing back powerapp, but nothing works.

In your session, the device was not able to resolve one of our servers (api.powerapps.com) and encountered SSL handshake issues (cert validation error). These indicate some kind of networking issue, which could be related to using a proxy/VPN or more basic temporary connectivity issues. Given this info, would you have any ideas what could cause this?
