Trial upgrade license

 


I have a free powerapps trial 2 license, and I want to buy the plan. But when I want to buy it, it tells me that I can not use the same account. Why??
I just need to use the same account and that's why I want to pay

Could you please share more details about the error message?

Which account do you use to sign in PowerApps? a Work or School account?

I have a PowerApps Plan 2 Trial license and a PowerApps Plan 2 license for my account, the screenshot as below:4.JPG

So you could own a PowerApps Plan 2 Trial license and a PowerApps Plan 2 license for some one account (Work or School account).

Please take a try to clear cache of your browser, then try it again, check if the issue is solved.

In addition, you could also consider take a try to purchase PowerApps license through Office 365 rather than within PowerApps directly. More details about purchasing PowerApps license through Office 365, please check the following article:

Please take a try with above solution, check if the issue is solved.

I have a PowerApps Plan 2 Trial license, with a Work account (pant1.png)

I dont have an instance in office 365 portal (pant2.png)

When I tried to purchase PowerApps license with the , i have this errors (pant3.png, pant4.png, pant5.png)

 Any solution???

Based on the second screenshot (pant2) that you provided, I don't think it is Office 365 Admin Portal. Please access your Office 365 Admin Portal via the following link:

https://portal.office.com/admin/default.aspx

then purchase PowerApps Plan 2 license within your Office 365 Admin portal, check if the issue is solved.

If the issue still exists, please submit an assisted support ticket within the following link:

https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/support/pro/

I can not send a ticket to microsoft with the work account @unisem.com.ar
I get the following error:
