I can't use the format domain\user, it isn't recognize.

 

And if I enter my email address, I don't have the screen to choose account type.

 

For the test, I tried with bad email address, I go to page with login password, if I change and enter my login, SSO login start... Loading page and apps return tto start page

That is the only way I am able to login.  Why doesn't it recognize domain\username?  That seems to be the issue.  My email is like this: Bill.Smith@company.com, but my SSO login is: company.com\bills

My guess is without the correct SSO login being recognized, you will not get connected. If that doesn't work, then I hope someone from MS can chime back in and help.

Thanks for your feedback but in my case the SSO is with my email address. 

 

Connection on web portal is ok with it and it's ok too with powerapps application on iOS devices. 

 

Issue is just with Android App

Sorry I was unable to help.  Make sure you post back if/when you find the solution in case any of us run into the same problem.  I haven't rolled out my app except to only a handful of android users and someone else may have the same issue.  Good luck!

I have check with my company address, I found a certificate "thawte SSL CA - G2 " as "Extra Download".
I have download it and install...
After that, all is ok.

 

Now, when I enter my login address, I arrive on my company SSO portal, and authentication is OK.

 

I think that will help some another people.

How di you do it? I too get "Extra download" but have no idea how to download and install the certificate :/
