Unable to "Play" apps in Chrome & Edge (but can edit)

I made 2 power apps,use data from One Drive business, and used by my employees every single day for years. Yesterday all 5 of us (including owner account) were unable to play the apps (no modification made recently). It seems the apps just stuck in loading screen for hours and hours.

We tried several browsers and find out Chrome + Microsoft Edge have same issue, while Internet Explorer  and PowerApps in smart phones ( samsung + google pixel 3 + Iphone) works fine.

I read through forum, but none of the posts solved my problem. (exp. i place PowerApps as trusted site, allow all cookies and scripts,  I also turn off Delayed Loaded in advance setting)

Please check your system whether meet requirements:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/limits-and-config

You could try to republish the app, clear the browser's history, reopen the app.

If the problem still exists, I recommend you ask for help here:

https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/support/

Hi,

 

I'm sorry to hear this. Can you provide a session id (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/get-sessionid)? If you cannot provide a session id when it is getting stuck, can you provide one from IE or the mobile apps so that we can search for correlating logs?

 

Does this happen in incognito Chrome or inPrivate Edge?

@maxchang9 Unfortunately I wasn't able to figure anything out from the logs. Could you do me a favor and open the developer tools (when in Chrome and it is stuck) and look at the console logs and send me whatever is there? Feel free to send it via a private message.

 

You can find the developer tools by going to more tools section of the menu.

not the URL u provide............but somehow i can play both apps now.( again, no modification / re-bulish yesterday)33.png
