View in a DataTable a Multiple Value record from SharePoint

Hello everybody.

Please help me with a doubt about PowerApps DataTable.

I have a Form in which users can select multiples values in a field 'X' from a SharePoint list (this field is configured in SharePoint like Options with Multiple Selection)

Then, I want to see in a DataTable, this record. The DataTable shows all fields of the Form, fill with each record that I entered. However, the field 'X' is empty for all records.

I'll be reading you.

Thank's a lot!

Re: View in a DataTable a Multiple Value record from SharePoint

As you noticed, the data table cannot display multi-valued fields. You can use the AddColumns and Concat functions to combine the multiple values into a single value, so that it can be displayed in a data table.

For example, in your scenario, you would have this expression for the Items property of your data table:

AddColumns(
    YourSharePointList,
    "Multiple X",
    Concat(X, Value, ", "))

You can then add the "Multiple X" column to your data table, and it will show the multiple choices separated by comma.

Hope this helps!
