How to send conversation transcript while scheduling a meeting for future in power virtual agent.
The use case is the user want to schedule a meeting with live agent, so trying to schedule a meeting with transcript included in it.

If you want to send automatically the conversation historic, you can create an action calling the Power Automate, and your workflow read the Common Data Service entity with Conversation transcripts and sent it to the user.

Hope you mean this way as shown in the below screenshot. But I am not sure how to pass the item identifier value(Current Conversation Id).

You need to "Get records" and order by the last conversation.
But maybe you cannot get the transcript using this mode, because if you call the Power Automate during the conversation, the conversation doesn't finish and update in the Common Data Service database.
I recommend that you vote in my idea, the way to do it is a couple hard and not a hundred percent.
