Not able to integrate knowledge base with VA

Hi, First I created knowledge base where made customized qna and now I am trying to integrate with VA but not able to do so might be some authentication issue or some other problem, I am not getting flow inside the new solution PVAwthQNAMaker which I created. Below is the screenshots for the reference. Kindly help in this regards.

Are you the admin for your environment? There are some admin steps here that they would need to complete before this could work:
