Topic to user Power Virtual Agent in D365 (Topic: I am unable to close the opportunity as there is no active quote?)

When the user poses this question to the bot, the bot should:

  1. Acknowledge the question
  2. Ask for the Opportunity Number from the user
  3. Check
    1. The status of the Opportunity
    2. Check if there are any Quotes associated with the Opportunity
    3. Check if there are any Orders associated with the Opportunity
  4. If the Opportunity Status = Open and if there are any Order associated with the Opportunity, then
    1. Suggest the user that the Order will have to be deleted and re-created
    2. That the existing Quote will have to be deleted as well
    3. Ask for user confirmation if they would want the bot to do the deletions on their behalf.
  5. If the User agrees for deletion as per step 4.3 then bot should delete the associated Order and Quote in that order
  6. The bot should then suggest the user create the necessary change to the Opportunity and its PL line items. The bot should also inform the user to create and activate the new Quote and then he/she will be able to close the Opportunity
  7. The bot should also present the URL of the Opportunity in question so that the user can jump to the record directly from the chat
  8. The bot should then close the chat with a survey
  9. Email the chat transcript to the user
