I've started my Upgrade of CDS as was requested 3 weeks ago. The upgrade keeps on faling and my CDS Database has been locked, which means no furher updates can be done. Furthermore all wokflows cannot be connected anymore as they return an error. I've logged a Ticket with support but daily I just get told they are working on a solution.
It seams that there is no consideration for the enormous effect it has on us and our customers. Even when I requested that the Database at least be un-locked until the issue was solved I juts get ignored.
The latest is that it might be solved by the weekend. It's just total bad service.
