There is more than one document. Gotta read them all. :-)

You will find that we have had to use a number of less than ideal methods to get this working ASAP. There are people who are desperate to upgrade ASAP.  The changes you expect to see in the UI will come early next year. For now, we are trying to allow those who are blocked to get by.

Ugh...typical Microsoft. One would think an article titled "Overview of the upgrade process" would include the steps. But no, it has to be a scavenger hunt for the info needed.

Unfortunately, no. That is where I thought I would find the info but apparently Microsoft has made it more complicated than that.

What if you have users who have apps or flows, but have left the organisation? How do you upgrade them to proceed with Step 3. of the upgrade?

 

Seems upgrade fails if not all apps and flows have been upgraded.

 

Can Admins force or do the upgrades on behalf of the users? Thanks!

I got the email from Microsoft a week or so ago saying we need to upgrade, problem is I follow the link and it doesn't have the upgrade button. Also no "Environments" tab on the left. So I thought I would wait and try again later, still no joy.

 

What do I not now, as today one of our users got a message saying that we have CDS in our environment (which incidently we don't use as no-one has access except me and I have not used it) and his app does not work.

Ok so the only way I could get this to appear was to get a Trial account, which we don;t have any Plan1 or Plan2 in our company. Will work fine for now but not sure what people will do if they have already used the trial peroid
