CDS database - Step 2

I've started the upgrade process, but Step 2 is not going to plan. Users didn't receive the email (though I see this issue was recently resolved). My concern is that users don't see the "Get my app ready" prompt when launching their Apps, and there has been no replication of user Flows (i.e. copies showing [Upgraded]), as per https://docs.microsoft.com/en-au/common-data-service/upgradecds/upgrade-verify-apps-flows

I can't see any way to verify a test DB has been created (other than the tick against Step 1), nor can I confirm that users will be able to upgrade their apps prior to final upgrade of the CDS database.

 

Can someone please help?
