Changing the BU of a User throws error

Version 1612 (9.0.2.193) (DB 9.0.2.189) online

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to a User record
  2. Click Change Business Unit
  3. If needed create a new BU and select it
  4. Following error is thrown:

Unhandled Exception: System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[[Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.OrganizationServiceFault, Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk, Version=9.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35]]: System.Web.HttpUnhandledException (0x80004005): Exception of type 'System.Web.HttpUnhandledException' was thrown. ---> Microsoft.Crm.CrmException: The entity with a name = 'Resource' with namemapping = 'Platform' was not found in the MetadataCache. This is because the Resource entity is not present in CDS (correct) and that the change BU code is referring to it (bug).

Correct. It is a duplicate. My first Post got an error, but it seems it did get through. Please delete this thread. Thanks.
