Has anyone else come across a restriction with the CustomerAddress / Address standard entity where a new relationship can't be added? I want to define a new relationship but the add relationship button is greyed out. This is not so with other standard entities. Any ideas or is this a bug?
Hi @CarlFoster - this is currently as designed, we expose the entity so you access the data through the portal, but it doesnt allow custom relationships to be added to it as it requires custom logic to populate this entity.
We are looking in the future to have a more controlled way of adding addresses to customer entities, but at this point it's not available.
