I've been playing around with the Prospect to Cash templates from Finance and Operations integration with Dynamics For Sales. When using the Products template (pushing from Ops to Sales) I am getting this error:
([Request timed out. inner exception: A task was canceled.], The remote server returned an error: (504) Gateway Timeout.), AX export encountered an error
The export job in Finance and Ops shows no history, and no error messages.
Has anyone else seen this?
Based on the error message that you mentioned, I think you have faced a Request Time out error with your Data Integration project.
The HTTP 504 error is a Gateway Timeout error, it means that one server did not receive a timely response from another server.
Currently, within PowerApps, there is a limitation in the timeout of a single outgoing request. The maximum value of Timeout is 180 seconds. Please check the following article for more details:
Please consider take a try to remove the connection to your D365 For Sales and D365 Finance and Operations connector from your PowerApps, and then re-add a new conection to them within your PowerApps, then try your Data Integration again to check if the issue is solved.
In addition, please also take a try to clear cache of your browser, and then try it again to check if the issue still exists.
Also please make sure your Network bandwidth is in a good state.
