Dates in CDS showing Wrong Format (MM/DD/YYY instead of DD/MM/YYYY) and when exporting to Excel

Dates are showing in the American format (MM/DD/YYYY), when they should be showing in the UK Format (DD/MM/YYYY)....

The Dates are displaying correctly within PowerApps, But do not show the correct format in CDS or when you Export to Excel.

Please see the attached Word Document for full details - as I have tried loads of related posts, but none are helping me resolve this specific issue......Please Help !!!

Re: Dates in CDS showing Wrong Format (MM/DD/YYY instead of DD/MM/YYYY) and when exporting to Excel

CDS and the Export to Excel use the date time format defined per user in CDS, not the browser settings. You get to this from Personalization Settings, Formats. Each user will need to set this for themselves

Hi Dave,

You were 100% Correct !!!

Many Thanks...Saved me banging my head for hours lol

I used the below link to see how to get to the Personal Settings:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/user/set-personal-options

All Dates are now showing as UK Date Format (DD/MM/YYYY) :O)

Many Thanks

Steve
